Hi Hristo, First of all thanks for the wonderful Forum.. I really liked the simplicity of the forum. I have few questions 1. Can you tell me is there any option of private messaging in this forum - any addin also will do 2. How to make anti spam protection at registration 3. Important URL rewrite to post topic doesn't work.. Any work around on this.. Thanks a lot..

The best protection is to not allow posting of links for new users and moderate the first few posts. That's what I am focusing on now. Quote: 3. Important URL rewrite to post topic doesn't work.. Any work around on this.. What do you mean by this? If you can wait a week or more, it is better to wait for the next version. Will be easier to fresh install it than upgrade.

No, the new version uses mysqli. However, all queries go through one centralized function, so it won't be very hard for you to change it to pdo.

Ok, thanks! Maybe I'll try when it will be released. How it's going? Do you have a possible release date on your mind?
