| Try Google's code. I don't think it would make any noticeable difference in crawling/refresh rate. | ||

| Was playing around with this and it appears if your not careful it can delete posts. (Delete post/thread links are shown in the xml used for sitemaps) So be sure they are removed from the sitemap before submitting. | ||
