I am now actively writing the new version. The first phase will be online in 2 weeks (it will be the rewritten admin using mysql for all data, avatars, signatures). When I put it online, you can set signatures/avatars for testing purposes (when all is polished, I will probably disable signatures for this board).
The second phase will be the rss/better search/some seo features/bug testing/more special forums etc + documentation(the most hated part).
If you are in a hurry for a simple rss use the solution from this topic: Rss Added

looking forward to it..
however dont rush too much, so you have enough time to write bug free code

trc4949, nothing's bug free. No matter how much testing you do, every program has bugzzz. Just look at phpbb, a great forum, but just because it is so popular, it gets hacked so often.

Create a PayPal donate button, have people donate for the new version.
If you collect enough money, hire someone out to help you with working on the next one ...
just a 4AM idea ...

I have ... and others have donated to me!
If you find it useful (like this forum), then donate a couple of $$$!
Hristo, I'll make a donate button for you. This way you can donate to me a percentage for helping you promote getting some $$$ for your project! Make sense?

I am Bulgarian and have no access to PayPal. Plus, I don't want donations. I get enough value out of all the links I get from people using the forum.
