Hristo, I updated the GMT value in the config file to accomodate the time change in the NYC area.
However, if I post a new topic or reply...the time is still an hour behind. Is this a mySQL issue? (Do you use timestamp?) Or a web server issue? |

| Every user has a unique GMT value that is changed in his "preferences" screen. The GMT value from the config is the default for guest users and for newly created/registered users. Basically, when you made your account it got the old GMT settings. | ||

Why don't you let every user take care of his daylight settings? That's one of the purposes of the "My Preferences" screen
