Hi,
my moderators can only edit their own posts in the forums they moderate. They cannot edit posts they made themselves in other forums. Now I deleted all moderators and left the array empty and he still cannot. Btw. its Forum v1.04 Thx for help Bartho |

Yes, I am pretty sure because I am not new to php and I followed the instructions carefully.
Also I enabled showmoderators and it showed the moderator correctly at the forums he was supposed to be. And only there he could edit his own posts. His own posts in other forums he could not edit. Strange... |

Yes and as I said: I put the array in the original form ( ...array() and he still cannot edit any of his posts.
I just deleted this user and he registered again. He can now again edit his posts. Unfortunatly I did not try if he can edit his NEW posts after I removed moderator rights. |

Thx for your help, I registered a new moderator myself and its working now. Probably I did something wrong although it is strange that the (wrong?)settings of the moderator array should stop him from editing posts.
If I have the problem again, I would be happy to accept your proposition. Thx Bartho |
