I followed all the instructions and the install.php redirect to this:

Forum Installed Successfully!

The manual say if you installed wrong, you'll recieve a warning. but I recieved both a warning and a successful install. I check out the admin panel and everthing seems fine, but I am still search for any problems. So what is this warning about?

Have you modified the install.php? It needs to start with the symbols <? without a space. Also have you made other changes?

No I didn't touch the install.php. Everything seem fine, I even reinstalled and still recieved the same warning + successfull install. Then out of curiousity, I uninstalled the lastest download and installed the older version, and only recieved "Forum Installed Successfully"
