I just added latehorn's MemberList script and when I went to look under the My Preferences area, I noticed these errors:

Strange, I installed the same mod on my forum but I don't have this problem.
Are you sure you replaced all the files as told in instruction.txt ? |

I haven't replaced it with any version.

back on this case 
I installed a second SEO-Board with the Member's list mod and I encountered a bug similar to the one described on this topic. I found that in the mod, two lines were absent from the index.php file.
